About Jitty
Jitty Sara, an HCPC and IAP-registered Physiotherapist, is dedicated to enhancing patients’ mobility and quality of life. Holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physiotherapy with merit-level awards from leading institutions in India and the UK, she brings a fresh, evidence-based approach to her practice. She has professional experience in serving rehabilitation modalities and consultations at an international hospital in India and in a private setting for over six months.
Jitty's Journey
The professional approach of Jitty has been gaining experience in orthopaedics, cardiorespiratory, spinal and women’s health. Her clinical experience was in providing hands-on rehabilitation for preoperative and postoperative treatment, palliative care, geriatric mobility and strength and postpartum care.
In addition to her professional expertise, Jitty promotes wellness through fitness, mindfulness, and holistic approaches, incorporating creative therapies like music for comprehensive patient care.
